Payment Terms
Payment is due when you place your order and can be made by VISA, MasterCard, American Express or e-Transfer. The 13% HST tax is applicable for shipments within Canada, but does not apply to shipments outside of Canada.
For United States customers it is important to note that all prices on this website are quoted in $Canadian. Currently the exchange rate is considerably in favour of the U.S., thus reducing your pricing significantly!
Delivery and Shipping
Most items are custom ordered and will take 5 - 10 business days to prepare. In the Toronto area the delivery for multiple items for one customer can often be made at no charge or a nominal charge.
ManorHill can ship throughout Ontario and across Canada. Items are properly bubble wrapped and boxed. Shipping within Canada can take up to five days. We can also ship to the United States. Please allow extra time for shipping there as delivery can take 5 - 10 business days. Where shipping is required, individual shipping charges will be quoted at te time your order is placed.
